Daily Schedule Example
8.15am - 8.30am - Drop Off**
9.15am - 11.00am - Morning Micro Session
The morning session will focus around the micro actions of the days topic.
Players will be put through unpressurized and pressurized situations, demanding technical and tactical learning in 1v1, 2v1, 2v2 actions.
Focusing on the micro elements of the topic, players will experience an intensive as well as individualized session
11.15am - 12.15pmam - Lunch Break - Boxed lunches will be provided at an extra cost (i.e. Ham/turkey sandwiches with fruit, water etc.)*
12.30pm - 1.30pm - Classroom Session
Classroom session will include in depth cognitive analysis using Game Intelligence Coach.
Players will learn what to look for when analyzing game footage. A focus on the days topic, will bring clarity
to their daily learning in the micro and macro levels
2.00pm - 3.30pm - Afternoon Macro Session
1. Warm up - Short sharp explosive work to get mind body and soul ready to compete
2. Small sided scrimmages - These games will allow players to put all their work and learnings into game situations.
Taking a Macro approach to the days topic, players will use their morning and classroom learnings to execute in game situation.
3. Competition - Whether it be individual or team related competition, players will compete for number 1 spot.
3.30pm - 3.45pm - Player Pick Up**
